Rates include bed linen, towels, electricity and heating. Telephone calls are charged at British Telecom's normal domestic rates.

The cottages are available from 4.00 p.m. on day arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on day of departure, the exception being for weekend visitors who may remain until 9.00 p.m. on Sunday.

During mid- and high-season, if vacancies remain, it may be possible to book periods of less than 1 week.
 

How to book

Dates must first be arranged by phone / email.
A booking form should then be sent to Coastal and Country Accommodation, accompanied by a deposit of £100.00 per week or part thereof, within 7 days.
Cheques should be made payable to Ann Irwin.
A receipt will be returned. If you do not receive this within 7 days, please phone / email.

Bookings from non-sterling regions may be paid for on line using secure procedures.

The balance must be paid 1 month prior to arrival date.
